Guruv Yoga moved to its new LARGER space June 1st, and had 51 students show up to break in the new space and even more came to celebrate afterwards!
Located just a few doors down from our old space, in the same beautiful plaza suite 1070. so....
Get into the Guruv! Leave your shoes, worries, and ego at the door, and get into the GURUV! We are located in the Heart of Old Lake Mary, across the street from Lake Mary City Hall.. If you're really Guruvy you'll ride your bike, walk, or maybe even rollerblade!
At Guruv Yoga you will find many styles and levels of yoga, along with a wonderfully diverse, warm, and welcoming community of students and teachers. Our goal is to spread the joy of yoga by guiding students to a greater self awareness, focus, and health. We do this with love, compassion, and a sense of ADVENTURE!
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes early on your first visit. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat, towel, and water...we LOVE sweat! Don't worry though, we have mats,towels,water,and more...if you need them.
